Really good if you order the weird stuff. Pork shanks, ocean trout, etc. Ok on traditional pub fare, but who cares! How many freakin parmas can you eat!
I stayed only a night at Ballarat. Although there are lots of restaurants in Ballarat city. I simply give a try after reading the Google reviews about this restaurant. We ordered "Fish of the day" and "Roast of the day" each. The food are nice. The services are good. You may grab as much salad and veges you like on the bar. Perhaps there aren't many Asian tourists ever visit this restaurant. The chef worry we don't understand him and he came to our table and inform us again we may go get the salads from the bar at no charge. It is worth to spend 10 minutes driving to this restaurant for a dinner even on a very cold night.
For $9.00 for a Meal you cant go wrong the food is great and the $9.00 specials certainly fill you up. Great staff great prices why go anywhere else :) I go at lease once a week
