Worst possible pasta and rude owner! I ordered linguine marinara, but got re-cooked bland, if not off tasting pasta. The squid was rubber-like. At paying the bill i told the waiter about my experience, and all he did was smile and present the bill. After some discussion the owner/cook showed up to tell me he got bad food all the time and never complained about it. So why would i complain to him? And then he ran back in his kitchen to leave me with his waiter. We were offered nothing, the waiter wasn't allowed to and he was clearly embarrassed by it all. AVOID THIS PLACE.
This place is an insult to cooking.
We visted Casalingo on the 20th of March! My partner & I have never had such a fantastic meal from start to finish! Service was second to none with pleasant & attentive staff, we cannot fault the food or service at all. If you are looking for a great meal with fresh produce we strongly recommend Casalingo!
