was on holidays with friends and we were tired and could not find a place to eat at 10.00 until we landed at Trimbolis....... Great service , great food and the owner and staff bend over backwards to get our meals even though they were ready to close. Tried the seafood gourmet Pizza simply amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The service at Trimboli's is truly exceptional. We - a tired group of six - arrived at 8pm when the restaurant had closed. The owners immediately called back their staff, sat us at a table and insisted that we take our time to have our dinner. The atmosphere was homely and the staff so friendly and kind. Our food arrived promptly, we ordered prawn pasta and curry - all of which was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and the texture superb. Definitely one of the highlights of visiting Tasmania and will be sure to recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service and gastronomic delight!
