Had lunch today Friday 30/1/2015 had the Thai marinated stripey trumpeter ended up with over cooked crumbed fish did not want crumbed fish was not told it was crumbed or overcooked so you could not taste any Thai marinate when I paid I told the girl to take the money from my saving acc .then she still took it from my credit card...not a happy lunch
Visited on a windy saturday arvo and had a good coffee there. Nice atmosphere and good value. Will be back!
We had breakfast at The beach. Servings were huge but not that inspiring. Fine but not fab.

The Beach was recommended by a friend. My wife and I had lunch and enjoyed the meal and the service very, very much. My wife and I are foodies and critique food when we eat out. The Beach was above average in many ways because the freshness and quality of the food. My wife had Beef Medallions on a potato mash and a medley of vegetables with a Forestiere sauce that was to perfection. My meal was Linguini seafood with a generous variety of muscles, prawns, scallops, calamari whitefish with a marinara sauce that was delicious. If anything was missing it was crusty bread to dip in the sauce. Wish we would have stayed long enough to try the coffee.
