We were looking for a good pub meal that was family friendly. Chose the Blumberg Hotel and glad we did. Service was brilliant, especially with the kids. It was one of the best meals we've had in a while and was great value. We will be going back.
Eaten here a few times and the food Is Excellent! Great service and family friendly.... Will be eating there again , Wonderful old historic hotel too with great atmosphere ! x
As the owner of the Blumberg Hotel I can honestly say that the review by Tina Wiess is totally untrue!!! She never once ate here? As a local here years ago she was barred for drunken disordererly behaviour, since then she has also been barred from the Mt Torrens Hotel and the Lobethal Hotel (threw a bottle through their window!) so if you see a bad review for them ignore them as well. It is disappointing that false reviews can not be removed?? We have a great team in the kitchen and I know you will not be disappointed. Mention this review and I will give you a complimentary drink when you have a meal with us. Thanks Steve Markham
Incredible service
My partner and I went for dinner, oysters were revolting sent back, champers flat, rotten cucumber in salad. We paid and left and have copped verbal abuse ever since. What the? No wonder place has been on the market for 7 years.
