Customer Service was excellent. They didnt have what I was looking for, however he happily showed me an alternative. I was still interested in my original idea so he located what I was looking for at the Booval Dicksmith and even gave me a letter to take to them so the price would be reduced and offered me some helpful personal advice. He was friendly, well mannered and respectful. To me, awesome customer service is what makes or breaks a shopping experience.
