Sold me a cold Kentucky Burger. Asked manager to heat it up . He replied "it's all good, should be fine the way it is..." Really? I can have my cold burger? Manager named: Galava. No apology, no reheating of my food, no offer to change it. NO customer service!
Disgusted!! Brought a large potato and gravy they didn't have any left so they offered to give me 2 small. Made me pay extra and not even half as much as there should be. I got home my chips were cold and not cooked properly also my drink was HOT!
Fresh and delicious
As the only local fast-food drive-thru for 30km, one would expect better service. Every time (and I mean that) I've used the drive-thru, they have always put the wrong order in the bag or forgotten part of the order. The service is always extremely slow, even when there are no other customers. I guess having the only multi-national fast food franchise in this small town makes them believe they can provide poor food and service and get away with it. Umfortunately they're right.
Terrible. Chicken old and dry. Didn't get what we ordered.
