Our order was placed through the drive-thru. We ordered 2 serves of hotcakes, 2 hash browns and 6 sausages. The total was $13.25. We took the order to eat at home which is only about 2 km from the restaurant. All of it was cold and we only received one order of the hotcakes. The container that had the sausages in it was ripped down one corner and full of grease that had poured out onto the hash browns and was leaking through the paper bag. The hotcakes were stuck to the lid of the container. I've been eating McDonald's for over 50 years (in the USA & here) and I've never been so disappointed. AND now nearly 2 months later, I'm still without the vouchers I was told I would be sent! Not good Maccas...not good.
