I have health problems and have to avoid dairy and meat. So, what we usually do is order a breakfast of sides, such as mushrooms, beans, hash browns, avocado and toast etc, which always ends up more expensive and has never been a problem at any other cafe in the world. However, here we were rudely declined and told that we must order a base breakfast, all of which contained dairy or meat and then add the extras to it, meaning wasting food and making our breakfast cost around 40 dollars. We left and went back to the Sidewalk Cafe again, where they were very happy for our business and very accommodating.
Wonderful place for breakfast, lunch and dinner .... great alfresco deck, great food, great service... try the Hot Rock dinning .... deserts are amazing
Stumpled across on our first day in Airlie beach. Great food. Recommend the Yellow fin tuna steak. Ice cream dessert was good. But had the worse chocolate sauce lucky on the side. Still highly recommend it.

As a coffee lover, this place was OK. Certainly not the worst coffee I have ever had.
