Love it!
We went to the Royal Motor Yacht Club for a meal during the last holidays. We had been traveling all day so were tired and just wanted a tasty meal in a relaxing environment. What we got was an extremely rude and obnoxious waitress in the restaurant who went so out of her way to have a confrontation with us!! Our first interaction with staff at the restaurant was unfortunately with this lady who demanded we 'just wait!!!' and fortunately we were seated by the younger waitress but she was not the person who served us. This older waitress of Asian decent not only went out of her way to have a confrontation with us, she even came back to our table AFTER the meal was served to continue her argument. Instead of a tasty meal, all we got was major indigestion!!! Yes - we complained to the Kitchen manager and the club manager. She was not phased, though - just stood there smirking and laughing. We ended up using the RSL club who had superb service in the restaurant and the food was also very good. If you just want a drink - the club is relaxing, great environment and extremely friendly bar staff. If you want a relaxing meal, go to the RSL in Toronto
