The only authentic thing about this place is that the cooks can speak Chinese. Tried a few different noodle dishes and none were good. Have complained about poor flavors but they don't care. The last time I asked them if they would cook what they served me for a Chinese person and they said "no, we cook for Australians" (dumb ones presumably). They wouldn't serve their family what they cook for their paying customers. Enough said.
I bought the "Vegetarian Singapore Noodles from here last week. Went to my car to eat and noticed they hadn't added tofu as the menu said. I went back to shop and asked why there was none in it. They responded saying the menu has changed. After some discussion in their native tongue, the two youngish men behind the counter offered to put tofu in noodles. Went back to car to eat. As soon as I tried the "tofu", I knew it was not what they said it was. It tasted like poor quality fish mulch. Went back inside and confronted them about it and they said "tofu and fish cake were the same thing!" The fact that they tried to continue the facade after I pulled them up on it is truly disgusting. Luckily I am vegetarian by choice and only needed the tofu for protein with my meal. If I had been allergic to fish or shell fish as I know some people are, I could have been in serious danger. So disappointed. I will never go here again. And I urge anyone else to avoid this place too. A business that is willing to do this cannot be trusted... Especially when dealing with meat.
