A shafted dining experience - after reading positive reviews I was looking forward to trying this place. After waiting for 2.5 hours for our mains to show, we ended walking out. To be fair, we were told that there was a 1 hour wait for food but I didn't realise that time ran differently in this part of Australia. The owner/manager refused to acknowledge that there was a problem. No discount provided when we told them how upset we were. We asked for a discount for the garlic bread and one beer that did arrive (took about an hour for the garlic bread) due to the excessive wait time but was told that they're the cheapest place in town and we were paying for the "atmosphere". Also there was ants in our water glasses and the side plates were dirty. The wait staff did promptly replace the dirty plate when pointed out. Never coming back here again. PS: we weren't the only ones to walk out tonight...
this is a really beautiful dining experience. it actually almost matches ideas i've had before but would never have had the practicality to put to work, great job marios
If you are in town. You must check out this pizza dome. Surrounded by wood tables, chairs, great atmosphere and friendly staff. (Good looking girls) :) best pizza in town. Also try the spaghetti bowl. Bang for every buck !
Great steak...
Best food in Jindabyne, daylight second. Expensive, but no more so than anywhere else down here. Great service!
