We had the best dessert ever. It was mille feuille pastry with a light chocolate cream, fresh strawberries and some secret ingredient.
The food was excellent but the table service is poor. Food was slow out of the kitchen but worth the wait. All local produce which was a great touch.
friendly service, delicious fresh seafood- all local !!! we all loved the oysters. My husband loved the squid and prawn salad, I had fresh local mussels, my son loved the kids fish and chips great- the chips amazing- second to none. Nice drop of white wine to accompany plus a beautiful fresh sea breeze and lovely view over the harbour made it a very pleasurable experience !I'd highly recommend a meal here!
Yes you pay a little more but the food is of good quality and plenty of it. We have been there twice so far and will return again before we leave.
OVERPRICED !! Food was great, view lovely, staff friendly. We eat out quite a bit as a family, and were really unhappy with this place because we felt ripped off. For example, a kids fish and chips meal ($12.50) which were assured was generous, contained very close to the same amount of fish and chips as the $28 adult meal, which came with a bit of extra salad. All 3 of my kids and husband walked away very hungry and disatisfied.
