Typical large country town pub. Well appointed, quality rooms and humble furnishings. The views of the town and nearby mining site from the veranda are very typical of the time period. All of the guests rooms that I had the pleasure of viewing can only be described as absolutely tremendous. The beds are certainly very comfortable. The meal menu boasts an array of superbly cooked, more than adequate amount and selection to choose from. Try the rump steak, you definitely won't be disappointed. In the main bar room, there is the usual congregation of local people all freely discussing their activities and displaying a general positive jovial attitude towards visitors to their town. Usually, as with most country town pubs, the topic of conversation is centred around the performance of the players from the local footy clubs. Excellent pub, very good meals, quality establishment.

Have never met or had dominic stay at pub it is oldest continual licenced pub in broken hill (1886)

Typical country pub. Old rooms, old furnishings, bad smells. Unfortunately costs much more than a typical country pub due to being in Broken Hill. Food is likewise expensive but decent pub food. Staff are good.
