Disappointing experience last night. It took 1hour and 20 minutes to receive the meal on a Sunday evening. The family decided to eat there because they were guests of the Ramada and had a tired two year old who needed to be fed and put to bed as soon as possible. For the privilege of being made to wait for this length of time they were also charged a 10% surcharge.
Perfection
I have had 2 wonderful experiences at The Point Ballina. The first was an end of season sporting dinner, the staff were so professional and friendly and the food was loved by all. From my experience at this dinner I arranged our 'friends and family' Xmas party there last year, with an assortment of adults, teenagers and younger children and we were catered for beautifully, meals to suit all the ages and again wonderful service and the cocktails were to die for at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend The Point Ballina to anyone for any occassion...Thank you!
Never order steak it will be sent back, we sent our steak back 3 times. The food is overpriced the sevice.... well what service and if you do happen to complain there is just an unfriendly face to talk to. Worst night of our lives
What a surprise to find such a great venue on the water in Ballina. The service was spot on all night, the meals were reasonably priced. The highlight was the Salt & Pepper Calamari. I'll be back.
