Cannot fault this Hotel in any way. Was an absolute pleasure to stay here. They took my booking with only 18 hours notice as I was between accommodation in the UAE. Booking department and reception staff were fantastic. Not long after being shown to our room with the most stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, the Duty Manager phoned to see if we were in need of anything. The pool attendants, lifeguards and bar service were exemplary. The dining facilities offer a wide range from fine dining to pub and pool snacks. I can honestly say, this was the probably the best hotel I have stayed in and the staff, right down to the luggage porter were the nicest I have encountered. Would be my first and only choice to stay if in that area of UAE.
