Food is the only good thing. The food is amazing!! Service sucks, We got sat down and the wait staf saw us but kept walking by.Then our waiter had to continueously ask what we ordered instead of writing it down and still got it wrong, The valet was nice to start but parked my car in the middle of the street when we went to leave and left my door opeb for me to get in. srsly in the middle of a street I had to back up to get out of his park job and I was smack in the middle of the crosswalk. It was also my birthday so thought service eould be remotley better. Dont go here for special occasions or really unless you just want good food and service doesn't matter.
Very cool place, with a dress code to keep it looking cool. Service is usually very good, although I've had one or two sub-par servers before. Excellent place to take a large group to, but also a great place to go yourself on an afternoon to have a hookah and a glass of wine and read a book. Food is always good if you're into middle eastern dishes, no complaints there.

The food has always been very good when my friends and I go. The only reason I'm not giving it a 3 is because their fries are inconsistant, they're rarely the same week by week. That being said, they're always very good. The decor is great, and feels upscale. My friends and I feel comfortable going their in jeans or dressing up. The newly open upstairs feels more like a nightclub. Its a well ventilated, so if you don't smoke you'll be fine there. Service has always been pretty good. We've never had a bad server. The hookah boys are very attentive as well. We've only had one problem with a pipe, and they fixed it right away. They will make you buy food or a drink (including nonalcoholic drinks, which is nice) if you are getting hookah. Bottom line: I would recommend Casablanca to those who just want a good place to eat, and to those who want a good hookah bar.
