Note: This is the dirty Subway restaurant inside of a Walmart. I came here to get a sandwich. Waited for a few minutes until the kid comes out of the back room with his worn out used plastic gloves on, and starts making my sandwhich without changing gloves. I asked him if he is suppose to change gloves each time he starts making a sandhich, and he paused and nervously sayd "Yes". So I asked him to put on new gloves before he starts to load my sandwhich up with veggies, and he said "NO...we dont have to change our plastic gloves". I walked out. His name tag said TAYLOR. If this teenager cant put on new gloves before making my food, then I will go elsewhere. I dont know what he was doing in the back room..using the toilet..etc and there are too many viruses going around.. I am going to report this to corporate too.
First time grabbing a sando from this Subway and underwhelmed and unsatisfied with their lack of customer service. A basic acknowledgement of a customer standing at your counter is expected, for every business fast food or fine dining. Making customers wait while employees have a chat session, unacceptable. Making customers wait on their order while you handle orders that came in after because they also need to be heated, ridiculous. Look, I realize this is a Subway and the fact that it is inside of a Walmart might lead one to believe the standards of customer service might be a tad lower but at least get the bare minimums handled.
