This place used to be the best in McAllen. Their staff is now rude and lazy. They're always out of travelers and other items. I just had an employee hang up on me. I will never step in this place again and I'll make sure everyone I know finds out about this experience.
Night crew are very unprofessional. I've been going to this starbucks for 8 years and the service has never been worse. The gentlemen always get the orders wrong. They are rude and lack customer service skills.

My wife and I come to this startbucks everyday, today it was a sign with verona on sale for $11.99 but scanned $12.99 the manager said that was a mistake, he couldn't fixed, js was ok not taken care of the issue. I didn't take it
I hate it when they are busy. The quality of the coffee drink goes down the drain. They get sloppy and don't care. They have two employees that are very quilty of this.
