The first 2 times I went were good and the waiter was nice and attentive. Although the third time I went our waitress sucked. They were in between swapping lunch shift with dinner shift and our waitress took forever. Another waitress had to get our drinks. Long story short, we ended up leaving because we waited about 15-20 minutes and the waitress never even took our order even though she was around us pouring gravy and being very attentive to white people. Doesn't matter how we look but apparently to the waitress it seemed like she would get a better tip with them. I leave very good tip but if a waitress is going to act like that I will not leave shit. Management needs to step it up because they need to get on top of what's going on.
We had to wait 40 minutes even though most of the tables were empty. Our drinks were really watered down. The place was a mess with nasty floors, dirty seats, and sticky menus. The restroom desperately needed cleaning. My wood grilled shrimp wasn't bad, but the rice it came with was flavorless. My wife's steak was tough. The wait staff was not attentive. I will not eat at another Logan's Roadhouse based on this poor experience.
Sorry---did not have a good time. Good news/bad news. The good news is it only cost us $9.95 for two drinks and a 20 oz rib eye. The bad news is 1-I ordered a vodka gimlet and got a gin drink in a martini glass 2-long wait for food along with many other customers 3-waiter was too busy to talk to us or make any kind of connection 4-20 oz ribeye $25.99--medium done-- was tough and tasteless w/some nice fat. I showed the manager the steak and she IMMEDIATELY AGREED it was tough looking and deducted $25.99 from the bill. -will not return to redeem our FREE steak dinner $25 value. If I went on a cruise and the ship sank, why would i go on another free cruise.?
This is the first time I came to this place and I absolutely loved it. Good service and delicious grilled wings that was on the special menu from mon-fri. The only place where I can actually throw away the peanut shells to the floor without having to feel bad lol.
