I had never been so highly dissatisfied. The waiter took a long time to get to the table, and her clothes were visibly dirty. The restrooms were disgusting. There was paper all over the floor, in the toilets and pubic hair on the toilet seats. The restaurant was dirty. There was a big hair in my to go box and a mosquito in my glass of water. The waiter never came back and when I waved the manager just looked at us as she ate without offering help. Never going back.
Our last time coming to chilis. One of the reason we came was for the paradise pie and theyy no longer sell it
Was told the wait was 30 mins... 45 mins later they said it would be 30 more mins. We were seated. 20 mins later we had to flagged a waiter down. Since we were ready to pay at that moment we placed our order. 20 mins pass we got our drinks and some chips... 15 mins later still no food. .. left hungry
Great my favorite place for drinks and football
Worst Chili's I have been to. Sirloin was gristly and way under cooked. Loaded queso was like Hormel chili and not even warm.
