Had a great experience, food was tasty and well prepared, our server (Roxana) was amazing! great service (with a big smile) attentive and professional.
Worst customer service I ever experienced in years! And it wasn't even busy/crowded. Will never revisit. Manager came after waiting waiting way to long for service and seeing others seated and served nearby and finally going to a waiter. Then we got a waiter who took our long decided upon order and served the food reasonably promptly. Food was good and reasonably priced, but "Signature Ribs" were below average with tough and burned parts and would never order them again. Waiter inquired about a soda refill 3 times before finally bringing a soda long after I finished dining. Then a family that arrived after us got their check and takeout boxes before our request for them was honored. Manager checked on us again and despite this poor feedback only alluded to better service next time if we showed his card. The food is a good value. But we'll gladly pay more for remarkable food and have never had such poor service.

Wish it had a bigger parking lot .. Other then that .. Damn good !!!
Food: 8/10 Decor: 7/10 Service: 7/10 Wait Time: 8/10 Price: 15$-35$ a person *The food is very good and is in a all-around price. Full of light in the day and kind of dark in the nights. Great for a Dining experience.
