The food was extremely horrible!

My husband took my daughter and I out to celebrate my 30th birthday at Applebee's. The waiter was ok, we have had better! Usually when i go out i order a steak medium. Which last time i recalled the meat cooked medium should have pink in the middle. I also ordered mashed potatoes with vegetables. They brought me my plate and said they made me a baked potato instead and apologized for it. I was ok, then i cut into my steak and it was cooked well done. and to top it off my bake potato was still raw! My child's grilled cheese was hard as a rock! And my husband couldn't even get any Mustard for his hamburger!! I refused my plate and sent it back. They did ask if i wanted anything else, of course i said no! So we get our ticket and I was still charged for it! I was steaming! I asked the waiter why was i being charged, and he said it was a mistake. I don't feel like it was a mistake, i feel like they were thinking i wasn't going to look at my ticket and actually pay for something i never ate! What a birthday dinner! The appetizer was ok! But everytime I go there it is always something or another! That is the last time i go to that place!

I have ate a few times trying to give them a chance, but everytime I go the waitresses are rude. It takes a long time to get the food and its never right. Then when i get a manager to get the food fixed, she gives out a sarcastic attitude. The food is always cold and too little portions for the price. I advice don't waste your time or money there.

I always receive bad service here. Even on my birthday night for drinks my server never bothered to clean the table off from the last customers she served. There were over 10 empty bar glasses in front of me. It was not a busy night for the bar. I didn't understand why after greeting our table and bringing us our drinks the server still didnt make an attempt to buss the table. I finally decided to clean the table myself. Having to make three trips to clear off all the empty bar glasses. The best part of all of this, a bartender and a host just watched me as i was doing their jobs. The two employees never offered me any assistance. Thanks for the worst birthday applebees!!!

I go here often with my husband on our date night and love their deserts and recently tried their ribs they are excently cooked and love the sauce.
