Very friendly the front host was very sweet and fast. Patty are waitress was wonderful, and food was great too
With no costumers there and it still took ten minutes to sit us. After sitting there, no one waited on us, after another fifteen minutes. DO NOT STOP HERE. WORST STAFF EVER. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Oh it was 8:00 pm and the outside lights were Off.
DO NOT BE FOOLED by their recent attempt to remodel the theme to attract customers. The number one item needed is to terminate all employees and start with properly trained professionals. My experience was waiting at the door for two minutes until a man and woman entered behind my party. We were then acknowledged and seated at the same time. The couple that followed was waited on and the waitress walked by without acknowledging us period. The clock was ticking and it had been a total of 7 minutes from door to seat, and still no clue we existed. I proceeded out the door when I decided to speak to the manager "Josh" who could not properly define the term customer service to me. This is the so called person in charge and clueless to the English vocabulary with the most important term in the customer service industry. I counted four wait staff members with a total of six tables seated! This was at 3:45PM on a week day in the month of April. No excuses of Valentine Day rush or any other excuse will suffice, except lazy untrained employee staff. I also understand that basically the food is taken from the fridge and heated then brought to your table. Chili’s does not hire chefs except for the distribution center that packages the food and ships to them. I personally will not darken the doorway of an establishment that prides themselves on service, atmosphere, and marginal dining; especially in the South Dallas area!
Took a ridiculous amount of time to get food and it was COLD! Chicken was overly battered and rubbery. Egg rolls were BURNT! Will.never come back to this Chili's.
great food and service
