It's typical Horizon. If you have lived out here for some time you understand. The service is ok at best. I have been several times and usually the bartenders mostly hang out with their friends. Getting your bill or another drink is an act of Congress. Prices are high but not too bad. In other words high prices and poor service= most businesses in Horizon City
