I am a person who stands by Starbucks. Every place I have ever lived I became I regular. When we moved to Deer Park 5 years ago this became my regular Starbucks. At first it was great. All the staff were extremely friendly and would always carry a conversation. About two years ago is when it started declining. Now, typically the morning crew isn't great, they are actually pretty terrible. They show no care in making drinks correctly and always have a bit of an attitude. My drink gets made incorrectly every time, even to the point I have to stand there and watch them make it. But it's a completely different story in the evenings. They are very friendly and actually care about doing things correctly. I went in on 4/12/14 and all the people working were great! Special props to Andrew! So my three star review is based solely because you have to be choosy about what time you go. I think that a customer should be able to go anytime and not have to worry about who's working.
