Closed until 5:30?! What the manager can't get staffed so people who what there afternoon fix are just out of luck?
The worst customer service I've had in any retail location! On top of that, the tables were extremely filthy on a Sunday morning (ie. during slow hours). I wouldn't come back nor recommend this place to my worst enemy. Tips for Starbucks at this location: 1) Hire staff with customer service experience 2) Train your staff to at least greet customers 3) Don't let your crew get lazy and keep your facility clean
Three people working here and are super slow. They are laughing and giggling. I have had better and faster service at a starbucks where only one person was working double the clientele. I had to leave. I will never come here again.
They are always out of something. Been here 8 times and not once did I get what I wanted.
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The girls always have attitudes,the manager is running around frantically not addressing the bad customer service,ridiculous
