The worst service I ever got at Applebee's was the one in Warren, PA. I went in to grab a quick bite. I order's the Farmer's Breakfast and coffee when I was in town for work. I went around 11 am. There was a lot of other people there. I swear it took them almost three hours to cook the food. I should of got up and left. This older lady came out, I guess she was the manager, she says to me every 15 minutes that the food will be out which is why I stayed. Then she says they hired a new cook and they are trying to train him. Is there only one cook in the whole restaurant? Anyways finally the food came out it wasn't even cooked. The eggs were gross, the toast was soggy, the bacon was luke warm and too fatty, the crepe was undone. I will never go back there again. On top of this, I should of gotten a free meal but I didn't. Worst manager on the planet.
We have had several bad experiences here. Always the same excuse from the fat, incompetent manager. They say they are training a new employee. Then the manager chewed out our waitress to the point she was in tears right in the dining area. It was not in any way her fault. I will post a picture to show how bad they even screwed up grilled cheese and what they considered grilling a steak ordered medium.
T.J., my server was great but the food was terrible.
They have screwed up our orders every single time we have gone there. The one in Lakewood is superior.
Chain food is chain food.
