Went to this Starbucks before work to get a hot chocolate, I ordered what I wanted and she told me the total was 4.10, but when I get up to the window she said it was 5.85, then proceeded to tell me she put it in wrong. Look lady, I told you what I wanted, I made it clear and you put it in wrong. No my problem you cant understand English! I said a white chocolate/hazelnut hot coco with SOY! Thats 4 total pumps in a Grenade! Not white chocolate AND hazelnut. ..that would be 8 pumps of syrup!
Needless to say my drink was way too sweet and I had to get to work. No time to get it remade. Im not going back unless I have time to make sure my drink is right. I have worked in food service and this was horrible! Step up your game staff and admit when you are wrong!
