well i ate there years ago. had a great time and was going to come again. but read the reviews.... whats up? sounds like a whole different place. i must of hit it in a goid night. lucky me
Poor. I Went with my brother a couple months ago, staff was incredibly unfriendly. The to girls waiting tables spent most of the time flirting with men at other tables. They did not bring out any water for about 30 min until I asked. When ordering beer tastings the waitress actually said that my instructions were unclear (although i circled the eight beers that we wanted to sample) The order in which the beer was served was also wrong. Horrible service and beers are mediocre. Don't go
Last night Manhattan was good, along with fish tacos. Tonight the Manhattan wasn't a Manhattan - had grapefruit juice in it or something that made the drink something unidentifiable. Had a martini instead. Last night my husband's martini costed 6.50. Tonight ours were 8 a piece with ice in them! The staff were running around like chickens with their heads off, they needed more help. They need a new bartender; however it is a brewery so guess the beer is what they want you to drink.
Horrible, horrible customer service. Definantly have the wrong staff working with the public!!! Will never step foot in there or recommend them again. For the owner and staffs income relying on how they do their job and treat their customers they are all going to go bankrupt if they dont change their attitudes soon.....
