Drive through, needs some improvement. Service is slow
You never know what kind of service you're going to get at this Starbucks. Sometimes I get a staff member who is very personable and remembers my drink order (it's fairly memorable), and other times I get someone who seems to barely tolerate customers, and I only get my coffee filled halfway (but when something like this happens I am always issued a free drink card with an apology from a manager). They almost never have what their menu offers-I've only ever gotten a peaches and cream muffin once, even though I've asked for one at least a dozen times. The previous reviews have it right on the high school traffic, but as it happens I live right down the street, so from 7:30 to 8:45 and 12:45 to 1:45 I avoid the place if I can help it. Parking is indeed terrible, but there's not really anything Starbucks can do about it. At least there's a bit of strip mall parking just to the west of the shop.
While they have great customer service, too often I end up with Hazelnut coffee instead of a Cinnamon Dolche Latte, and Hazelnut with Cinnamon is not a good combination. For $6 I would think they should double check, but I do understand they get busy and customer service is #1 for this location. I wish I could see how many people in Norman get the wrong order at Starbucks though! I am sure it happens more frequently than necessary.
Great service and exceptional parking compared to other Starbucks cafés in this area...
It's okay. Too much high school traffic that's for sure. A ton of under age kids smoking just hanging around the place. This usually occurs during the morning and lunch time. Other than that, this Starbucks isn't bad.
