Went through the drive-thru and was asked my order three different times. When I said it louder because I thought they couldn't hear me. I was talked to like a child. When I asked to speak to a manager I was shocked to be told that the person talking to me that way was the manager. When I pulled up to the window to talk to the manager she defended her actions and said to have a nice day in a snotty tone and walked away from me. I can't believe that this manager named Missy is allowed to interact with your PAYING customers. I'm not loving it.
DONT DO BIRTHDAY PARTIES HERE!!!!!!! yesterday was supposed to be my nephews party at this mcds at 4 pm . we booked it a couple of weeks ago and go there yesterday at 330 to get ready and they were closing at 4 to pave their parking lot!!! now what kinda bullshit is that? gave us a cake n said sorry! i think that they could of at least called and told us but no they couldn't even do that so i think ill also take it to corporate!
the manager at the Kuss store was rude and I want to take no information for a birthday party so I recommend some actions to be done on the cuss
