Very slow service. Food was out of stock. Orders were messed up, side dishes were never brought out, fries were bone cold, bacon was left off a sandwich that comes with it. Other people at our table were half done eating by the time they brought out the last person's plate.

I for one don't usually go to chain restaurants, however this one is very good and very consistant with quality and quantity. For the size noise is not bad, placement of tables makes it easy to move around. The wait staff is okay, I feel they can be a little bit friendlier, however they will not pester you during your meal or rush you to finish.
