To the Two customers who had issues with this business. Please call PC Masters Tech Repair. I'll give you a free estimate and diagnoses. Two months to wait for a device to be fixed.... I would not have waited more than 2 days. With a past customer, who was rocking Windows XP, I loaned him one of my personal PC's Took 3 weeks for repair. Basically a complete overhaul, new insides, motherboard CPU, Ram, etc. Could not allow one of my customers to not have a computer. In the end, case remained the same, but PC Masters Tech, built him a custom Rig. Upgradable as soon as Windows 10 hits. PC Masters Tech Repair.
Honestly, this was the worst service I have ever had. I kept my patience for the two months it took to "fix" my computer. I got my labtop back and its still broken. It was a top line computer, now its worth 100$ at the most. It is in worst condition, it also has caused me to loose my job since this was my work computer. never go to this place. you will regret it
