Needed mid-season delivery, noticed price had gone up from last time I ordered two months prior. Due to bad weather, delivery put off a couple of weeks, I can understand that.
Spent good $ on kiln-dried de-barked, only for driver to dump it into snow banks, and block all access to my wood shed. Now I have to climb over two cords of loose wood to get behind to stack and get to my wood cart.
When I called to let them know I was not happy, they blew me off. Said driver did me a favor getting it close to shed. Also said dry wood won't absorb moisture of being buried in snow. I even sent pictures of how pile was dumped into snow, and was flabbergasted when all they had to say was, "that is a nice looking pile of quality wood!"
I was a regular customer, but never again. I do not recommend, and will be sure to tell others to shop around. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
