They serve good ice cream and food and the service exceptional
Went into this Dairy Queen while in Rockingham on business. Waited at the counter to order. The person who looked like the manager, came to the window several times, looked at me then turned and walked away without saying a word. I know she was getting another order ready, however, how hard is it to say hello, I'll be with you in a moment, or just hi? Another employee walked up to the front, saw me and another person waiting and just turned and walked away also. This is pitiful customer service. I don't know how the food is, I walked out after several "unspoken" contacts with the manager. Even though this is the only DQ within miles, I won't give them my money, they evidently don't need it.
I disagree with. The last guy that posted he is very wrong I live here and that is a.disgrace to the city of Rockingham
