The service and food at the Hickory NC Ruby Tuesday is the BEST! It is one of my favorite restaurants in Hickory NC. The wait staff are terrific, thoughtful and efficient. The food is terrific. I have really enjoyed every visit at this location.
I have always enjoyed the fresh salad bar and the food..but the last two times my waitress was slow and forgetful and when making requested would sigh and walk away..never did get my drink refilled..I was made to feel like a burden instead of a customer..I will not go back
We went to this place with a group of friends. The waitress could barely take our order for trying to be flirty with the guys! Seriously! Then she brings my plate out, it is horrilbly screwed up! She takes it back, comes back 15 min later to ask how things are....theyd have been good if u would bring me my plate...her response oh no, u havent gotten ur food! Like duh! Once my plate came back it was still wrong and my friends were done eating....we did not pay for that plate because I never got to eat, I went to mcdonalds and got a burger to go!
The service at THIS Ruby Tuesdays is the BEST I have ever had... I felt like I knew everyone there.. Oh and by the way, it was my first time there !!!!!
