I have given this place tons of chances since I work nearby and it is very convenient. Unfortunately, out of the approximately 20 times I have eaten there, I was satisfied maybe 3 times. Always something wrong with the order, they forgot something etc. Several times the food has been cold and usually they are very slow. Most of the staff are polite but it seems like they have so much turnover, they constantly have new people they are training which amounts to more screw ups than necessary. Lots of potential, but they achieve almost none of it
So 80% of the time the food is great... I say this after just having picked up a bad batch of wings that did not have any sauce/flavor on it, 2 over done, 2 under done... Blue Cheese sauce made them barely edible, mostly I was just that hungry. But the biggest problem is the staff member who takes phone orders. She is NICE but sadly very inept. Unable to do simple math (struggles to understand that a 30 piece sampler w/ 5 flavors = groupings of 6, not 5) and can never take an accurate order the first time, she is the worst part of this restaurant as far as I am concerned. We order about 2 times per week (my pregnancy craving) and each time I have to explain the order to her 2-3 times. And we are usually pretty simple- like today, 10 piece of 1 flavor and 10 piece of another. That's it. Wrote it down wrong and I had to correct 50% when she reread the order to me. Like I said, the food is MOSTLY good, and she is nice but completely inept. Planning to switch it up and give Buffalo Wild Wings a try instead. Tired of repeating myself.
Great wings..... ..But VERY SLOW on EVERYTHING! Took 40min to get food after ordering. Got the order wrong. had to set and wait on drinks because we ran out several times. Manager tried to make things right. Therefore I gave 3 stars.
Food is good but the time you've to wait for it is ridiculous. Especially, when they're not even busy.
The food is always good, but everytime I go it takes FOREVER to actually get your food. Went just today for lunch and it took 40 minutes to get our food and there werent even that busy.
