Went to this restaurant a few months ago and will not go back. The service was flippant and the place was dirty. The food was mediocre as with most Chili's.
This restraunt is seriously disappointing! We took our friend here for her 21st birthday because they are supposed to have good drinks. And then the waitress looked at her ID and allowed her to order her drink and went in the back and came back and said they couldn't accept it because the ID was cracked in the corner of the picture to where you could barely even notice. And the waitress was very rude the entire time. Then we asked to talk to the manager. She took forever to come over and then she came over and very rudely asked us what we wanted. We explained and she was a smart a$$ and said they could not accept it just because of that small cracked corner. Thanks to the extremely rude staff we left. And will not be returning. I would not recommend this restraunt to anyone unless you like to be treated rudely.
the service is really bad everytime i have been, they always get our order wrong ,some act clueless,some are not public/people friendly, the waitress' takes their time to wait on you, no refills, no nothing and the past 6 times we have called for curbside to-go no 1 was working it why have curbside if you dont have ppl to do the job the only reason i go back is the 2 for 20 when that is over i wont go back!!!!!!!!! and im not the only 1 that has talked about how bad the service at this chilis is what is listed on the online menu is no available at chillis this place needs restaurant intervention 101 asap...hwy 70 hickory nc please hire a new staff starting from managers to servers/host/waitress'/ cooks
The staff are friendly and the food is great. Every once in a while, we get a server in training who messes up a little, but he or she resolves the issue in a polite manner.
The chicken we ordered was under cooked and after the waiter finally returned to the table we requested different food. When the new items were brought to the table they were still well under cooked. Will not be returning here. Horrible service and food
