Northwoods Family Grille was completely renovated in November 2014, With new owners, new staff and a fresh menu, Featuring Award Winning burgers, bbq and family dining on Minnesota's North Shore of Lake Superior. Less than 1 mile off Hwy 61 in the heart of Silver Bay.
The Northwoods has been completed renovated and has an extremely pleasant atmosphere. The unfortunate pole barn look of the shopping center disappears once you get inside the restaurant. The food was very good and presented very well, and the staff friendly and engaging.
Is now Northwoods Family Grille! Amazing upgrades! I'm definitely coming back.
Affordable. Small town feel. Meals came fast. They do take credit/debit cards. Great small town feel. Simple.
Visiting the Northwoods Cafe was disappointing. The food was mediocre at best, and they don't take credit (or debit) cards.
