Had reservations for 6:00pm..got right in. Waitress came to table to ask if we wanted anything from the bar. Spoke so softly and timidly that we could hardly hear her. My husband ordered Crown/7, I ordered Limon/Diet. They were OUT of Limon (on a Saturday night, let alone Valentines Day..really??). Ordered Captain instead, not my favorite! We ordered an appetizer Carpaccio de Manzo. We ordered our dinner, crab legs with twice baked potato, and 6 oz filet medium well with au gratin potatoes. Received our TINY drinks. Waiting for appetizer, waiting...waiting...waiting. Waitress comes over and says our dinner will be out shortly. Huh? We ordered an appetizer..where is it? So, I got her attention and told her we ordered an appetizer...she looked puzzled. Went back to kitchen to check on it. Came back with a plate of the marinated beef and slices of mozzarella. I looked at it, hmm..thought there was more to it than this? Oh yeah, there should be crostini. So, called waitress over again and told her there should be crostini with this. She went back to kitchen and brought out the basket of crostini. Ok, maybe things will go okay from now? Dinner comes out 1 minute later...we haven't even started to dig into our appetizer yet?!?! Instead of twice baked potato, my husband received au gratrin. I cut into my MEDIUM WELL filet and it was dark red inside, pretty much still moo'ing!!! Called waitress over AGAIN, told her I ordered MEDIUM WELL and this clearly is not MEDIUM WELL. She took it back to the kitchen to have it flamed again. After at least 10 minutes, while my husband eats his dinner, she brought my plate back with the au gratins and filet. I cut into it again, STILL VERY RED!! I was fed up! I asked to speak to the manager. Waitress went and told him. He must have walked by our table 6 times with no real urgency. Finally he came over, I told him I ordred medium well and showed him my steak. He said "Oh, that's clearly not medium well". He took it to the kitchen to have reflamed. Brought it back, was still pink and might I add CHARRED BLACK on the outside. Manager somewhat apologized for all the issues. Offered free dessert...we are not dessert people. Offered free round of drinks...you didn't have what I ordered in the first place, why would I want another drink that I don't really care for?? FINALLY offered to comp my dinner. Also, my husbands crab legs were cold and the shell was soggy so they wouldn't crack nice to pull out the meat. I seriously don't know what else could have gone wrong. WORST experience at a restaurant EVER! My husband and I both said we should have gone somewhere less expensive, food and service would have been 100% better!

Would give zero stars but google won't let me, went here on New Years Eve and the food was terrible. Menu was very limited and only offered a few things. I ordered the ribs and they were overcooked, dry, and were mostly fat, took 3 times to get the soda I ordered to taste right (first the soda had no syrup then then no carbonation, I finally gave up and had a water) the wine was watered down and had no flavor, my friend ordered the chicken and said it tasted like a dirty grill. For a place that tries to be high end it definitely isnt. The only thing that was good here was leaving after having such a poor quality meal. I would have rather have taken the $80.00 we spent here and actually got some real food someplace else. This place needs to stop pretending to be high class because they definitely are not.

Wow, this place is great. Neat old dining car, charming Waiter and Chef. Bone in ribeye, must have been 22oz. was super, as was the salad and the crème burle. I will certainly be back!

The grilled shrimp was awesome and so was the table service and wine suggestions.

this is an excellant place to eat...more of a fine dining restaurant........not a place for little children......the service was super and the food was excellent!!
