Horrible customer service. Just got called a bozo by the lady at the counter because she was talking quietly and I didn't hear her ask for my name for the cup. Wow!

Liked: Chai Tea Latte (no water, 2 extra pumps of Syrup) Disliked: Store hours (for Friday and Saturday) do not match what is published on their website. This caused me great disappointment when I arrived and found the store closed.
