You walk into the door and the first thing you notice is...the air conditioner is not working, next no one is in the standard McDonald's uniform, the ones preparing the food are not wearing gloves or hair nets. So my family and I ordered a McCafé Mocha Frappé, Dip Cone and Chocolate Triple Thick Shake. What we got was McCafé Mocha Frappé and 2 Chocolate Triple Thick Shake. So relaying that we had ordered a Dip Cone, the manager(wearing a LSU shirt and what look like tiger tattoos on her cheeks) said "no you ordered 2 Chocolate Triple Thick Shake" and with that turned away and continued to do want ever meaningful task she was doing before. No apology, no offer to correct the miscommunication. I decide to leave this no a/c furnace and take my losses. The last problem was this Chocolate Triple Thick Shake, if that was Triple Thick then a regular shake must have had the consistence of water. Avoid this McDonald's at all cost.
Its now 545am friday 03/17 and your store shows no signs of opening anytime soon?? There are employees moving about in the store and one outside smoking .... but none seam interested in the customers waiting...... poor management I guess! If you can not get your store open at the time you state maybe you should just change your hours?
I just moved to kinder from Oakdale. The workers are poor and the food is worse that's if they even get the food order right. Over all stay clear
