This rating is for a particular visit; outside of this visit I'm satisfied. Waiting in line at the drive thru, I saw the employee hand the customer a cup of coffee, it was obviously the wrong cup and the customer handed it back. When I pulled up, the employee gave me the same cup of coffee that she just gave the previous customer. I refused the cup and asked that a new one be made. The employee was quite upset and walked away from the transaction leaving the manager to hear my concern. Poor customer service.
Attendants need training, not very customer oriented for sure. Had to explain exactly which donuts were which, really? They should know what they are serving. Unless you get there early donuts are like day old. Coffee is good but had to wait for it to be made.
I've been hearing about Dunkin Donuts for the longest I went in this morning and had the smoked sausage sandwich it was very greasy and the bread tasted like it was Microwaved the donuts were not fresh and they're very overpriced for this product the coffee was okay the service was poor I don't think I'll ever go out of my way again to have a Dunkin Donuts they're very overrated in my opinion
Sad that the service is soooooo slow due to not enough employees on staff.... or I would give it a better rating
I can only give one star rating, because that's how slim the chance is of getting freshly made donuts from them. Otherwise, their donuts are pretty good, if you happen to get them fresh.
