today i stopped in my local sonic. i was shorted an order of tater tots. i ordered my burger without tomatoes. guess what it had tomatoes. i called to speak with the manager. you would think it would be great that the manager happend to be the one that took my order.. not.. it must have been my fault he didn't hear no tomatoes. i could come back to get the tater tots. he really didn't care. i waited for him to come up with a solution. silence.. i wasn't my responsiblity to solve this problem. i asked for a contact above his position. he continued to say he really didn't care is i made a complaint. told me go ahead. "they might write me up". really! This manager should be terminated. This company should teach what and what not to do in certian situations. I was not looking to go back to the store for an order of tater tots. let's see. what was the one key work the manager left out of his conversation. SORRY. I love the food at sonic. Im afraid next time I'm going to wendys.
