I travel all over the world for work so I'm in and out of a lot of restaurants and bars. This place has by far the worst service I've ever had. I waited at the bar for 30 min to get another drink. I was the only one at the bar there was couple people at a table behind me. The server walked past me 3 times without asking me if a needed another drink. A few nights later another server was working and got me my first drink. It was empty and she ask me if a wanted another, I said yes. She walked away and didn't come back for 15 min, she was sitting at a table talking with someone. Had service like that 4 different times. I'll never go back
First impressions are everything. The hostess at the front desk was rude. I was with a larger group of women (about 10) who had a reservation. We were early, but the restaurant was empty. There were fewer than ten other patrons. The woman at the desk took the name of the group,looked at the reservation, rolled her eyes, then reminded us that we were an hour early. She was politely asked if we could go ahead and be seated. Acting put out, she told our group that she would have to see if there was anywhere to seat us- in an empty restaurant. We waited a while, then some one else came to get us. The original hostess who had been so rude was in the corner doing something else by the time we were seated. The food was decent. The fried chicken was moist and fresh. The service at the table was ok. The waitress was nice, but was not very professional and very chatty. The restaurant was clean, the food was good, but if this place ever wonders why it is sitting empty at lunch time they need to look no further than their staff.
