I've done business with O'Daniel Ford a lot over the years. Bought a few cars from them and also had service work done there. Service department was always willing to help. I have found that the service prices tend to be a little higher, but I'd rather pay more and get less attitude than I get at the other local Ford dealer. Prices on used vehicles are reasonable from the get-go. They don't mark up everything several thousand over retail like the other local Ford dealer does. I will be back!

We moved to this area a few years ago, and we took our two Ford cars to O'Daniel Ford for service and parts. We were very satisfied with our experieinces at O'Daniel Ford, so when we decided to buy a used vehicle, we looked for a vehicle at O'Daniel Ford first. Phil, our salesman, was very friendly and helpful. We found a a Ford Escape we like very much and bought it. We were made to feel that O'Daniel Ford values us as customers, and we look forward to enjoying our car for a long time with O'Daniel Ford's help.

Working with Phil was an enjoyable experience. We were looking for a specific type of used car with certain extras that wasn't available locally. Therefore he and his sales manager searched other areas of the country looking for exactly what we wanted. Phil kept us updated daily on the progress of the search which was awesome. In addition, we enjoyed the no high pressure sales that O'Daniel and Phil offered. We never once heard the words 'What will it take to get you into this vehicle?". When we finally found a vehicle (new) that met all of our requirements, Phil and the team did everything to ensure that we were able to purchase the car through them. They even drove up to Michigan to pickup the car and bring it to New Haven. This went above and beyond what we expected. We have purchased several vehicles from O'Daniel over the years and it is sales people like Phil and the whole staff that keep us coming back! Thanks for making this such a great experience.
