Slow service. I understand it's a holiday but my guess is they went to the farm to kill the cow. Then to top it off got boot leather fir a steak when we ordered medium. Do not come here total waste.

$50 dinner to go...I got over cooked pasta (sear marks on it), and under cooked veggies. My 2 side salads didn't even fill half the salad bowl. My kids got burned french fries with their chicken. Not a good dinner! I would rather have eaten Waffle House. This is not my first time with a bad experience at this store.

Worst service ever. Had a birthday there and the didn't sing or have fun with it. Son was sad and upset about the whole experience. Manager not helpful at all, sweating and clothes were wet, bad appearance. Will never go back to this OUTBACK EVER AGAIN!

Haven't been there in 6 weeks due to slow, poor service. Tried again 10-24 and a repeat of before. Same excuse, "we are slammed!" Ordered steak and lobster (not only was lobster cool but the drawn butter was also cold). Never again at this unit!

Just awful! Just got back from Outback Canton, went with some friends of ours...Worst experience at an Outback ever! I would've complained to the manager, but couldn't find her and we needed to leave to run some errands before the stores we were going to closed. It took so long for us to get out food, and then finally for her to come take payment, and then finally return our receipts to us...The appetizers were awful! The onion was TINY and BURNED!!!...the Aussie Cheese Fries came out HALF their normal order size. The steaks we ordered were horrible! My husband and I both got rib eyes, ordered them medium, and they came out well done and nasty. We didn't complain because we don't send food back. No thank you. Were both worked in the restaurant business when we were younger, and we know what happens to food when it is sent back to the kitchen...We also didn't complain because we weren't looking for a free meal. When we finally got payment done and were ready to finally leave, we couldn't find the manager anywhere. I wanted to let her know our dissatisfaction AFTER we paid so she didn't think we were trying to get free meals. She only needed to look at the leather that was my steak though, to know that we weren't looking for freebies! We will NEVER come back to the Outback in Canton, ever! Hell, I may not be able to convince my husband to ever return to any Outback, anywhere!
