Four adults for an early dinner before the crowds. We ordered 3 steaks and 1 seafood entree. Two of the steaks were fillets however, when the server brought the food out, the fillets were the wrong fillets. We were asked if we wanted to just eat them or wait longer on the correct order. We said we'd wait for what we ordered. The 3rd steak and the seafood were left on the table so rather than let them grow cold, those two diners ate while the other two had to wait 15-20 minutes so we ended up eating in shifts...two watching two eat, twice. Other than a verbal apology and a shoulder shrug...we received nothing for the wait and mistaken orders...not even a cup of coffee while we waited, nothing, no offer of a dessert, no offer to reduce the bill for our two shift meal...just a couple of 'sorrys'. BTW, while the decor is interesting, it could use some dusting to remove the cobwebs and why in the world was the a/c on full blast when it was 50 degrees outside? Diners were eating in their coats.
Ate here last night and had the 9 oz filet. It was perfectly done and delishous. Our server was attentive but not over whelming. Great evening out.
Every time I come here the food is not god for the value and the survice stinks the only good thing is the inside looks cool.

Amazing food and awesome service. I would say it's the best longhorn I've ever been too. The service is awesome. Two thumbs up!
