I've lived in Camilla all my life and love this local joint. Anyone who wants a pizza should come to Camilla and give Pizza Hut a try.
Ordered pizza over the phone tonight 5/27/2011. Absolutely disgraceful. Spoke to a woman named "Melissa", and apparently the imbecile just stood and listened to my order and never entered it into the computer. When I drove into the drive through 30 minutes later to pick up my order, a giant woman flung open the window and said curtly "what your name is" uh, um ok, hello to you too, and thank you for welcoming me to your establishment. Then "what your number?" then she rolls her eyes as if I just asked for her first born child on a silver platter and said "I ain't see you up in here nowhere...". "Here" being the computer terminal, I suppose? Hard to tell with that impeccable communication. Long story short, the order was never placed by "Melissa" and the food, never made. So then the giant beast at the drive thru window says to me "You gone have to place a order, I guess." Not, "I'm so sorry" or "How can we make this right for you?" So rude, as if I am inconveniencing HER?! Stupid people are so frustrating. So I drove away with no pizza, fuming. Mark my words, I will never darken the doorstep of this hell hole ever again. BeeZee's Pizza in Pelham has better food, better service and I would sooner drive to the ends of the earth to patronize a Pizza Hut competitor than ever purchase another morsel of food from this dump ever again. Pizza Hut, you suck!
Need to pay more attention to cleanliness. Many times salad plates have salad stuck to them. Men's restroom door lock has been broken for over a month.
Good Pizza Hut. Service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. My order was correct, hot, and tasted good. A birthday party came in after I ordered and it got loud. That was the only negative thing.
